Do I need an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?
No appointment is necessary to tour our community. Our office is open from 8:30-5:30 with our last tour starting at 5:00. When you come to tour our community lease be sure to bring an ID.

What is the application fee and is it refundable?
The application fee is $40.00 per person over the age of 18. There is also a $50.00 admin fee. These are used for a criminal and credit background check.

Which utilities do I pay?
We do pay water, waste water and trash. The only bills you would pay is electric and then cable and Wi-Fi if you wanted it.

What is the security deposit?
For our one bedroom apartments they start at $200 and for our two bedroom apartments they start at $300. That price could go up to one month’s rent depending on background and credit.

When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month we give you a 5 day grace period before we charge a late fee on the 6th.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
If rent is not paid before midnight on the 5th day of every month we will charge a $75 late fee.

How can I pay my rent?
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our property website, a personal check or a cashiers check.

What kind of pets do you allow? How many pets may I have?
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. We do charge a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
We do have a lease buyout option. With that option we still require a 60 day notice and there is a lease break fee of $1500. That fee would need to be paid in full by the 45th day of your 60 day notice.

How can I refer a friend?
We would love for you to refer a friend. Please feel free to send them in to our office or give them our number.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
There are a couple of options for reporting a problem within your apartment. You can give us a call here at the office or you can use the online portal. If it is after hours and there is an emergency please feel free to call the emergency maintenance number.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
You can have guests that are staying with you, however is they are going to be with you for more than 7 consecutive days they will have to come to the office so they can fill out an application to be put on the lease.

I will be moving out. What do I need to do?
We require a 60-day written notice, you can come in to the office and I can print you out a notice to vacate.

Do you have cable/Internet services?
The apartments don’t have cable and internet provided with the rent but we do have a couple of different providers in town. 

Can I grill on property?
Residents are not allowed to have their own grills on the property. We do however have grills that we provide for you. They are located over by the pool area.

I’m locked out of my apartment/garage. What do I do?
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office and let us know and we can provide you a key to get back into your apartment. We do require an ID so we can verify that you are on the lease.

I’ve lost my apartment and/or mailbox keys. What do I do?
If you lose your key or mailbox key we can rekey your apartment or mailbox for a fee of $25
